The Disciple's Path DEVO - Day 3

Day 3: Worship Alone, Worship Together

Read:
Hebrews 10:24-25

Worship can happen together and alone. Hebrews 10 encourages us not to give up meeting together but to spur one another on toward love and good deeds. While worship alone deepens our personal relationship with God, worship with others reminds us that we are part of a larger body of believers. There’s power in gathering together, whether in church, small groups, or even informal prayer with friends.

God desires for us to experience both forms of worship. In the quiet moments alone, we draw near to Him intimately. In corporate worship, we join with others to celebrate His goodness and to encourage one another.

Reflect: Do you prioritize both personal and communal worship in your life? How can you lean more into both aspects of worship?

Pray: Lord, help me to find balance in my worship. Teach me to meet You in the quiet places, and show me the importance of gathering with others to worship You. Amen.
